Pioneer OSB
Oriented Strand Boards or OSBs are engineered wood panels where rectangular wood stands are arranged in cross oriented layers and binded together with resin. These greener options to plywood are consistently quality, versatile, eco-friendly, better screw holding and nailing properties, competitive price, high load capacities and are customizable to different size and thickness.
Raw materials for OSBs are sourced from logs under the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) standards, fast growing trees and recycled tree parts such as unused branches, bark and wood strands from timber mills. Entire logs are used in the manufacturing process to ensure no part is wasted. Any wood waste will be repurposed, used as fuel or sold as a co-product. The binding agent used is a type of low-emitting resin which is environmentally safe. The resulting OSBs are thus fully recyclable for multiple occasions and uses.

a) OSB 2 = Load-bearing boards for use in dry conditions
b) OSB 3 = Load-bearing boards for use in humid conditions

HYPLEX
a) Hyplex 2 = Veneer laminated on OSB 2
b) Hyplex 3 = Veneer laminated on OSB 3
- Both sides laminated with veneers
- Glue: Both using PMDI (Polymeric Isocyanate) resin in core and surface layers with different ration for Hyplex 2 & Hyplex 3.

- Thickness Available : 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm
HYFORM
- Phenolic film faced overlaid veneer laminated oriented strand board. (Raw OSB + FB veneer + Phenolic film faced single or double side).

- Thickness Available : 12mm and 18mm
